desire for privacy. Your package will be shipped in a plain box with only "MLMs
Images" as the return address, and no external markings indicating the type
of contents. If we are shipping overseas a pair of shoes will be called a "shoes"
in order to maintain your privacy.
We understand you may be purchasing your footwear as a gift. DELIVERY/SHIPPING
If your Canadian
and live in Canada, we include all brokerage fees in
the price you pay with your order so there are no surprises. This
also includes USA customers. The price you see
is the price you pay plus shipping to your home. We know when your footwear comes across that border that you have been shocked to find another fee of brokerage and duties. We will not do that to you. Your price online is everything but shipping and GST included.
All shipments are
insured for the total cost of the order. Canada Post
and couriers provide reliable delivery service. Delivery times to
major Canadian are an estimate only not a guarantee
as we cannot control passage/delivery.

Boxes are accepted because you the customer
has paid for your order in advance. If your item
is paid obviously your going to pick up your
parcel.

orders via Money orders and cheques. To ensure proper processing, create the
order by adding items to the cart, or use the email form to print out your
order. You will have to calculate them if your printing the
email order form. Print the order before proceeding to final checkout, and

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
To be eligible for credit, all returns must meet the
following conditions:
1. Merchandise was ordered directly from MLMs Images
Pleaser Shoes Canada and supported by a MLMs Images Pleaser Shoes Canada invoice.
2. Merchandise is a manufacturer's defect, or a mistake
made by MLMs Images Pleaser Shoes Canada as defined in , otherwise there is
absolutely no return. Any shoe returned with a manufactuer's
defect will be exchanged for the same footwear only.
You can not order another style orcolor.
3. Merchandise must be returned within (14) fourteen
days of the ship/invoice date, or 14 days. Defective footwear will not be charged.
Some exchanges will be acccepted if arrangements are
made in advance. If you order the wrong size you are
responsible for the cost of shipping to return them to
us and the shipping for us to ship the right size back
to you. Your payment must be recieved along with the
merchandise you want to return/exchange
4. Merchandise must be clean, unused, and in "new" condition.
5. Merchandise is not returnable if it is a "All Final
Sales " offers from MLMs Images Pleaser Shoes Canada.
6. MLMs Images Pleaser Shoes Canada reserves the right to refuse returns due
to claims relative to merchandise' sizing, fitting, color,
dimensions, or style and has the final say in this regard.
If payment for shipping charges is not
receieved by the time the parcel is returned we will
retain the footwear until the shipping fees to ship back
to you is obtained.
7. Credits may not be redeemed for cash refunds. You
can not exchange any footwear for another style. Only
the same style and color will be exchanged for the correct
size.
NOTE: THERE MUST BE NO TAPE, MARKERS OR ANY SEEN MARKS
ON THE BOX. WE EXPECT THE RETURN PACKAGE TO BE SHIPPED
BACK TO US IN BROWN PAPER JUST LIKE WE SHIP IT TO YOU.
OTHERWISE WE WILL EITHER REFUSE THE RETURN OR CHARGE
YOU 25% RESTOCKING FEES AND THE BOX YOUSHIPPED YOUR ORDER
IN TO US WILL BE SENT BACK IN THE SAME BOX. ALSO NOTE
WE WILL NOT PAY FOR SHIPPING IF THE BOX IS RETURNED MARKED
IN ANYWAY AS STATED.
Instructions
For Returns
Enclose a note with the order number or name, and the
stated request. All returns will be processed in strict
accordance with our stated policies above, there will
be no exceptions.
Customer
assumes shipping costs to return merchandise. We
will re-ship the product at no extra charge.
Note: If
your footwear is returned back to us, and there is no
manufactuer's default, we will retain the footwear and
there will be no refund. We are not going to incurr the
cost of returning your footwear until we have recieved
your funds for shipping them back to you.
